Since 1995, Far East Organization has been conferred over 60 awards. Today, the Organization holds two records: an international record as the only developer in the world to win five FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Awards and a national record as the first developer to receive the most BCA Awards in a single year.

FIABCI PRIX D'EXCELLENCE AWARDS

The FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Awards are conferred by the International Real Estate Federation based in Paris which has over 50 chapters around the world. Widely recognized as the highest honour in international real estate, projects from around the world compete keenly each year for this top honour. Entries are judged by an international panel of experts on criteria such as business concept, architecture and construction, brokerage, management, environment impact and contributions to the community.

• The Fullerton Hotel Singapore:  Leisure Category, 1st Winner 2003

BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY (BCA) AWARDS

The Construction Excellence and Best Buildable Design Awards are conferred by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore to outstanding projects that have demonstrated leadership, innovative and sustained efforts in achieving excellence and efficiency in the project development process. In 2002, Far East Organization was the first developer to win a record seven awards in the 16-year history of the BCA Awards. Some developments that have won these awards include:

Other major awards, which the Organization has won, include the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Awards for Excellence (The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, 2004) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Architectural Heritage Awards (Fullerton Waterboat House, 2005, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, 2001 and Far East Square, 1999).
